電話の声が素敵だね、とか
笑った皺がかわいいね、とか
お茶碗の洗い方が丁寧だね、とか、
ほんとにもうなんでも、どんな小さな、ささいなことでもよくて、
「他人」という目線でそのひとの素敵なポイントを見つけて、
言葉にして手渡してあげることだと思っています。

ひたすら相手のいいところを見つけて言葉で肯定し続ける、
その積み重ねは自信になって、その自信はわたしがいなくなっても
わたしの大切なひとをつらいことから守る盾になってくれると思っています。
